I received my package 📦 of 11 tablets and found out that the single kids tablet I got for my Son is broken. The 10 other tablets are in good state except that of my son and he has been crying because of his broken tablet 😭

delivery and service are good but product not as agreed, the storage not real, it can only accommodate just 11gb storage not as they say 512 gb. if you buy, buy knowing that storage is not more than 11gb. Gift you will receve as they say but storage not real, very disappointing.As you can see on a screenshot the storage is already full even though it says remain 500gb.
